Program Description

This program combines the following eight (8) courses.

  1. A+

In this program, students will acquire the essential skills and information needed to install, upgrade, repair, configure, troubleshoot, optimize, and perform preventative maintenance of basic personal computer hardware and operating systems. Students are prepared to pursue entry level careers as computer support specialists, network system specialists, or computer repair technicians.


  1. Linux+

This course is designed to provide in-depth training in Linux (or UNIX) for those who want to start building skills in systems administration on Red Hat Enterprise Linux to a level where they can attach and configure a workstation on an existing network.


  1. CCNA

This course consists of skills are developed to install, operate, and troubleshoot a small branch office Enterprise network.


  1. CHFI

This course will provide participants the necessary skills to identify an intruder’s footprints and to properly gather the necessary evidence to prosecute in the court of law.


  1. CISSP

This course will provide participants the necessary skills to define the architecture, design, management and/or controls that assure the security of business environments.


  1. MCA

Those who achieved a Microsoft Certified Architect (MCA) certification distinguished themselves, due to their IT professional expertise, as among the highest-achieving professionals in the industry. This certification validated the proficiency of a technology architect who designed and delivered Microsoft IT solutions for enterprise customers and showcased their technical and leadership skills that surpassed those of their peers.


  1. Adobe

This course builds on the fundamentals taught in Acrobat X Pro: Level 1, 2. Students will learn how to produce high-quality PDF documents for press.  They will learn how to discover geospatial data in a PDF map. They will learn prepress techniques including color management, proofing and converting colors, color separations, managing inks, trapping, and transparency flattening.


Students will learn to create interactive forms using both the Form Editor as well as LiveCycle Designer ES2.  They will learn to distribute PDF documents and forms, and to compile form data returned from users.


  1. Projection Certifications

The program begins with foundation classes where students will master the skills of Microsoft Project and moves forward to project certifications.

Target Audience

This program is intended for those interested in becoming a Level 1 help desk support technician.


Students must possess basic computer skills.

To successfully complete this program, students must maintain a minimum average of at least 70% or C.
